for the sole purpose of performing cost segregation studies. Since 1999, Construction Economics has performed cost segregation studies on many types of
commercial buildings, ranging from 2,500 square foot fast food restaurants to 260,000 square foot manufacturing facilities. |
Jeff Davis -After acquiring his undergraduate
degree in Industrial Construction Management from Colorado State University in 1971, Jeff worked as a construction planning engineer in upstate New York, overseeing the construction
of $500 million power plants. While in New York, Jeff obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Syracuse University. More recently, Jeff worked with a large regional
construction company as the Vice President of Operations.
Since 1997, Mr. Davis has worked as an independent consultant and expert witness, representing owners and developers
in construction related claims. In 1999 Jeff joined with Grantham Poole to form Construction Economics, LLC, which has since performed over 300 cost segregation studies.

John McCallum, CPA -John entered public accounting in 1998, gaining experience in individual
and corporate taxation. John has performed over 200 cost segregation studies, and has spoken to numerous professional organizations about the benefits of cost segregation. Recognized as
an expert in the field of cost segregation, John's writings on the subject have been published on Accountant's World.com, the Mississippi Business Journal and various other publications.
John is a licensed CPA in Mississippi and North Carolina. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants.
